Our Story
Alpine Business Consulting is a Zurich-based firm focused on enterprise performance management, business intelligence, and the data systems that sit underneath them.
Our consultants spent years at larger consulting firms and software vendors before starting Alpine. Along the way they saw the patterns that cause projects to fail: configuration shortcuts, handoffs to staff who never met the client, and documentation that never gets written.
We built the firm to avoid those patterns. We agree on scope and price before we start, keep the same people on a project from kickoff to go-live, and hand over documentation and training so your team can run the system afterwards.
We work from Zurich and serve clients across Switzerland and the rest of Europe. We deliberately stay focused on EPM, analytics, and data so the people on your project have done similar work on similar platforms before.

Our Location
Our office in Zurich puts us in the middle of European business. Good trains, good flights, and a timezone that works for calls from London to Dubai.
Zurich is full of banks, insurers, and multinationals dealing with exactly the problems we solve: complex reporting requirements, multiple currencies, and data scattered across systems.
We travel when projects need it and work remotely when they do not. Either way, you get the same team from start to finish.
